What this site is, and what it is not
This site exists so you can see how I work before you decide whether to talk to me. It has videos, results from real client work, a free visibility check, and a way to book a call.
It is not the agreement for the work itself. If you hire me, that work is covered by a separate written agreement between us, and that agreement is what governs the scope, the timeline, the deliverables and the fees. Nothing on this site changes anything in it, and nothing on this site is an offer or a quote.
Using the site
Follow the law, and do not scrape, crawl, or bulk collect from this site without asking me first. Do not try to get into any part of it you have not been given access to, and do not send it anything harmful.
Ask me if you want the data. I am unusually likely to just give it to you.
About the visibility check
The visibility check queries AI assistants with the details you type in and reports what came back at that moment. AI assistants change their answers constantly, including between two runs an hour apart, so a result is a snapshot and not a measurement.
It is free, it is provided as is, and it is not advice. What it shows you is not a promise about what will happen to your business, and a good result is not a guarantee that you will keep it.
About the results shown on this site
Every number, screenshot and testimonial on this site comes from real work for real clients, published either with that client's permission or with their name removed.
Those results belonged to those businesses, in their market, against their competition, with their budget and their timing. None of it is a projection for your business, a typical result, or a promise of anything similar. If somebody shows you marketing results and implies otherwise, be careful with them.
What belongs to whom
The writing, video, photography, graphics and design on this site are the property of Next Step Connect LLC and are protected by copyright. Do not republish them as your own.
Quoting a piece of it with a link back to the page you took it from is fine and always will be. Anything beyond that needs my written permission, and asking for it is usually a short conversation.
Other companies involved
This site is hosted on Vercel, and relies on GoHighLevel for forms and booking, on Google Analytics for usage data, and on YouTube for video playback. Those services have their own terms and their own practices, and I am not responsible for them.
No warranties
The site and everything on it are provided as is. I do not promise it will always be available, always be free of errors, or always be current, and I do not promise that it will produce any particular outcome for you.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows it, my total liability for any claim arising out of this site will not exceed what you have actually paid me in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification
If your use of this site, or your breach of these terms, causes a claim against Next Step Connect LLC, you agree to cover the resulting costs.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts sitting in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
If these terms change
Updates get posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means the updated terms apply to you.
